Henry Ian Cusick, who plays former man-behind-the-hatch Desmond on Lost, is being sued by a former ABC employee for sexual battery and harassment.

Entertainment Weekly reports that the employee alleges Cusick squeezed her breasts and placed his face on them while caressing her and making moaning sounds.

The alleged incident is said to have occurred on set in October 2007, and the employee claims she was fired 12 days later after reporting Cusick's behaviour.

EW.com said none of the parties involved in the suit, filed in Los Angeles last week, commented on the matter.
