Robert Plant and Paul Simon for Singapore fest
Robert Plant headlines the first night of the Timbre Rock & Roots Festival 2013 in Singapore. THE Timbre Rock & Roots Festival 2013 in Singapore returns with a splash for its fourth edition.
The two-night outdoor festival which takes place at Fort Canning Park on March 21 and 22 will unleash some of music’s biggest names - living legends such as Robert Plant, the voice of Led Zeppelin, featuring his band Sensational Space Shifters; Paul Simon, Bonnie Raitt and Jimmy Cliff.
With 30 Grammys among them, this stellar line-up will also be joined by acclaimed artistes Rufus Wainwright and the Tedeschi Trucks Band, with more names to be announced for the annual festival.
Paul Simon will perform on the second night of the Timbre Rock & Roots Festival on March 22. Robert Plant headlines the first night on March 21, with Rufus Wainwright and Tedeschi Trucks Band in support.
On March 22, Paul Simon toplines proceedings with blues/country stalwart Bonnie Raitt and Jamaican reggae star Jimmy Cliff on board. More details at (www.rockandroots.com.sg).
