Fans of Watson's will see her donning an American accent for the role. She will also share an on-screen kiss with her co-star, Logan Lerman.

The film, based on the critically acclaimed novel by Stephen Chbosky, is set to be released on the 14th September 2012 Stateside. The Perks Of Being A Wallflower will also see Logan Lermann, Ezra Miller, Nina Dobrev, Paul Rudd, Mae Whitman, Kate Walsh and Dylan McDermott as fellow cast members.
